The OPPC Youth Summer Camp mobile application ("App") is operated by The Prayer Center of Orland Park ("we", "us", or
"our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you and your family
share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use
the App to manage your child's participation in our summer camp programs.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Parent or staff name, email address, phone number, and profile
photo
- Child Information: Name, date of birth, camp group, medical information (allergies and
conditions), emergency contacts, and authorized pickup contacts
- Camp Activity Data: Attendance records, pickup and dismissal records, behavior incident
notes, and any photos staff attach to those records
- Payment Information: Lunch and program payments are processed securely by Square. We do
not collect or store full card numbers on our servers
- Usage and Device Data: App usage patterns, device information, and crash diagnostics
used to keep the App reliable
3. How We Use Your Information
- To enroll children and manage their participation in camp programs
- To track attendance, manage pickup and dismissal, and keep children safe
- To communicate with you about schedules, events, behavior, and announcements
- To process lunch and program payments
- To send push notifications (with your consent)
- To monitor reliability and improve our services
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the App, including Square (payment processing), Expo (push
notifications), and Sentry (crash and error diagnostics)
- Camp staff, only as needed to care for and supervise enrolled children
- As required by law or to protect the safety of campers
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and
restricted staff access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by parents, guardians, and camp staff — not by children directly. We collect
information about children solely to operate the camp and care for your child. Parents and guardians maintain
control over their children's data and can review, correct, or request deletion of it at any time by
contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and your child's data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications
