1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OPPC Youth Summer Camp mobile application ("App") or any services provided by The Prayer Center of Orland Park ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

OPPC Youth Summer Camp provides Islamic summer camp programs for children, including camp activities, daily lunch service, attendance, and pickup management. Our App allows parents to enroll children, view schedules, manage authorized pickups, communicate with staff, and pay for lunch and program fees.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Enrollment and Payments

• Program and lunch fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment or purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Square.
• Refund policies vary by program and are communicated at enrollment.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prayer Center of Orland Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
